1. Who we are

AI Smart Match Explainer is developed and published by Arda Trend Ltd, led by Mustafa Kemal Ucar. The app exists to explain football matches, not to build a database of people.

2. The data we would rather not have

By design, the app tries to operate with as little personal information as possible. We do not ask you to share contact lists, we do not offer user-to-user messaging and we do not collect your written conversations for resale.

In practical terms this means:

• No social graph, no friend list, no “who you know” layer.
• No direct messaging features for users to exchange content.
• No attempt to reconstruct your identity from the questions you ask.

3. What we do collect (and why)

To keep the app running and to understand whether people are actually using it, we rely on a small amount of technical information. This information is linked to a random, unique identifier, not to your real name.

Concretely, we may process:

• A randomly generated device or installation ID, used for analytics and push notifications.
• Basic, high-level usage information, such as which screens are opened and which buttons are pressed, in order to improve the product.
• Non-personal technical information sent automatically by your device (e.g., app version, OS, language settings).

We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar identifiers inside the mobile app itself.

4. Analytics with Singular

To understand which features are helpful and where people come from when they discover the app, we use a third-party analytics provider called Singular.

Singular helps us measure installs, app openings, and engagement. It receives a unique ID and some technical data from your device to understand usage patterns. We do not use this data to track you across other apps in any meaningful, personalized way.

Singular’s processing of information is governed by its own privacy documentation.

5. Push notifications with OneSignal

When you choose to receive match-related updates or reminders, we use OneSignal to deliver push notifications to your device.

OneSignal receives a notification token that allows a message to reach your device. This token does not need your real-world identity.

You can disable notifications at any time in device settings or in the app. Once disabled, the app stops using OneSignal to contact you.

6. AI-generated explanations

AI Smart Match Explainer uses the OpenAI API to generate match explanations and football insights.

When you send a question in the chat, the app transmits certain information to the OpenAI service in order to generate a response. This may include:

• the text of your question
• conversation context related to your question

This information is used solely to generate AI responses and is not used by the app to identify you.

The app does not send personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or contact information unless you voluntarily include such information in your message.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. They are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

7. How long we keep information

Technical identifiers and aggregated analytics data are typically kept as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the app. When no longer needed, we aim to remove, anonymize, or aggregate it.

8. Your choices

Within the app and on your device you can:

• Turn push notifications on or off at any time.
• Limit ad tracking or reset device identifiers in system settings.
• Uninstall the app, which stops further data collection from that device.

Depending on local laws, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete data. Contact the developer to exercise these rights.
